We offer a money-back guarantee if you're not happy with Woodlock University.

 If you're not satisfied after completing the first part of the investigation (the first box), you can return the whole product (all three boxes).  We can accept returns and refund the product within 60 days after you receive your order. 

The product must not have been used. This is to say only the first box may be returned unsealed. If the other boxes have been unsealed, damaged or are returned incomplete, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Return delivery costs amount to £6 (for returns from the UK). These will be deducted from your total refund. To return your product, please go to our returns page 👉 here. Your refund will be processed as soon as depot has checked and verified that the product is in good condition. This can take up to 30 working days (Mon-Fri, excluding bank holidays).
